In the heart of vineyards and olive trees, 20 km from Perpignan, the Moulin d'En Burgat welcomes you all year round for holidays with family or friends, halfway between the sea and the mountains.


This Catalan farmhouse, with exposed stones, is a renovated 18th century watermill. Quiet, it offers a superb view of the Pyrenees mountains.


It consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a mezzanine, an office, a kitchen, a large living room and a dining room with an extendable table for 12 people. Capacity of 15 people max (3 double beds, a sofa bed, 7 single beds). 12 adults can stay there comfortably.

Between sea and mountains, it is less than 25 min from the beach of Canet, 40 min from the creeks of Collioure and 1 hour from Spain, 30 min from the Pyrenees.
