Casa Amatucci mit 2 Ferienwohnungen ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, Paare, all jene, die nicht nur den Cilento entdecken, sondern auch Meer und Strand genießen möchten. Auch für Strandspaziergänger und Jogger ist der lange Sandstrand ein Paradies.
Die zwei geschmackvollen Ferienwohnungen Cielo und Terra befinden sich nebeneinander im 1. Stock eines Wohnhauses. Im Stockwerk darüber liegt die Ferienwohnung Casa Luisa.

FERIENWOHNUNG TERRA
Die Wohnung Terra ist für 4 Personen, d.h. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, geeignet. Sie umfasst ein Kinderzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zu einem Balkon, ein Bad und eine Wohnküche mit einem schönen Glastisch und Stühlen für 5 Personen sowie einem ausziehbaren Sofa.
Auf dem Balkon finden Sie Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten vor.

PARKEN: Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen an der nahe gelegenen Anliegerstraße. Auf Wunsch kann ein nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernter, abgeschlossener Privatparkplatz gegen Gebühr organisiert werden.

WEITERE INFORMATIONEN & AUSFLUGSTIPPS
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Bar finden Sie in 100 m Entfernung. Den Ortskern von Santa Maria di Castellabate erreichen Sie zu Fuß am Strand entlang nach 1 km; mit dem Auto sind es 2,5 km von der Casa Amatucci bis zum Ortskern. Am Lungomare und in der Fußgängerzone von Santa Maria können Sie entspannende Spaziergänge unternehmen und die süditalienische Atmosphäre genießen.

Für einen Ausflug prädestiniert: das benachbarte, auf einer Bergkuppe über dem Meer thronende Castellabate, mittelalterliches Bergdorf und UNESCO Weltkulturerbe.
Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung bieten sich zahlreiche Wanderungen an, z.B. die Wanderung "Castellabate und Santa Maria", die man wegen der Sichtverhältnisse entweder am frühen Morgen oder aber kurz vor Sonnenuntergang machen sollte.
Nach circa einer halben Autostunde erreicht man die berühmten griechischen Tempel von Paestum und ein Tagesausflug führt zur antiken Stadt Pompeji.

The Cilento is a region where you can take it easy at gorgeous, wide sandy beaches, enjoy a magnificently green landscape and go on a discovery tour of cultural sights/sites.
Casa Amatucci with its two tasteful holiday apartments Cielo and Terra is a perfect accommodation for all those, be it families with children or couples, who wish to be very close to and enjoy the sea and the beach, but also do a bit of exploring in the Cilento. If you love to go for runs or walks along the beach, you will find Lago’s long sandy beach to be a paradise.
Cielo and Terra are located next to each other on the 1st floor of a residential house, which also houses holiday apartment Casa Luisa on the 2nd floor.

APARTMENT TERRA
Apartment Terra is laid out for and accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. It includes a children's room with bunk bed, a bedroom with double bed and access of a balcony, a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) as well as a live-and-eat-in kitchen (incl. 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer) with TV, beautiful glass-topped table with chairs for 5 persons and pull-out sofa.
The apartment also features washing machine, air conditioning, free WIFI and children's bed. The balcony is furnished with a table and seating accommodations. There’s an outdoor shower for shared use.

PARKING: Free parking is available along the residents-only road nearby. Private parking (extra charge) in an enclosed area close to the apartments can be organized upon request.

FURTHER INFORMATION & TIPS FOR EXCURSIONS
Shopping facilities as well as a bar are 100 m from the accommodation. The center of Santa Maria di Castellabate is at a walking distance of 1 km along the beach and a driving distance of 2.5 km. At the lungomare and in the pedestrian zone of Santa Maria, you can talk leisurely strolls and enjoy the southern Italian atmosphere.

Absolutely worth stopping by: the neighboring, UNESCO World Heritage listed, medieval mountain village of Castellabate, which sits enthroned on a hilltop above the sea.
There are a lot of hiking tours you can undertake to explore the environs, for example hiking tour "Castellabate and Santa Maria", which with regard to visibility conditions is best undertaken either early in the morning or shortly before sunset.
It is about half an hour by car to the famous Greek temples at Paestum and the ancient town of Pompeii is worth a day trip.
