Looking for a change of scenery in the heart of Alsace? Come and discover this charming apartment located on the second floor of a chalet! At the foot of the Alsatian vineyards and the Hohlandsbourg castle, you will have 2 beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which has a living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You will also enjoy a large private garden, equipped with garden furniture. Sheets and towels are provided, so all you have to do is put your bags down!
The accommodation
With a surface area of 55 m², the flat is as follows:
- Bedroom 1 "Opaline": queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), dressing room, desk, and private bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC.
- Bedroom 2 "Grain de Sable": queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), private shower room with shower, double washbasin and WC, living room with 4 armchairs.
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining table for 4 guests.
Outside :
- Private garden of 250 m² exposed north-east and arranged with garden furniture and barbecue available for the summer period from April to October.
The area
The flat is located in a residential area, very quiet, close to all amenities at the foot of the vineyards and forest trails.
- Less than 200 metres away you will find: post office, bakery, butcher's shop, delicatessen, pharmacy, cash dispenser, bar.
- At 400 metres: restaurants, Italian delicatessen, florist, fast food restaurants.
- 500 meters from Auchan supermarket, gas station and automatic washing machine.
- We highly recommend: "La Casa de Gina" for its pasta and pizza to eat in or take away, as well as "La boucherie Florentz" for its ready-made meals to take away.
Activities
- From the flat you can take a cycle route to Colmar and the Munster valley, as well as a hiking route to the vineyards, the forest and the castles.
- Sports activities: running, mountain biking, downhill and cross-country skiing at Lac Blanc and Schnepfenried.
- In Colmar, visit the museums (Unterlinden, toys, Bartholdi...)
- Swimming pool, ice rink, theatre, cinema, bowling...
Transport
- There is a private car park inside the property, with the possibility of parking a camper van. A total of 3 spaces are available.
- Colmar city bus (La TRACE). The timetable brochure will be available on site.
- Basel-Mulhouse airport 40 minutes away by car.
- Colmar train station is 10 minutes away by car.

- Possibility to book breakfasts with the owners.
- Free fibre optic Wifi available.
- Baby bed and high chair available.
