Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf den Como See. Sehr schnelle Kommunikation und ein reibungsloser Check in und Check out.

Very dissatisfied! We arrived late in the evening and only stayed for one night because we had no other options. We left early the next morning! The fridge was dirty and smelled bad, dusty house, humidity smell and full of insects!

We booked 7 nights based on the positive reviews, but it appears that all of them are fake! We arrived late at night and were taken aback when we entered the house. stinky odor, heavy humidity odor, and it appeared that the house had been left unclean and unventilated for an extended period of time. Insects and spider webs were everywhere (a sign that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time). The host surprised us by saying,"Sorry, it was our mistake, and you can keep the windows open!" that was her solution We couldn't open the windows because no mosquito mesh. The worst part was that the host was unfriendly; we sent her a WhatsApp message in the evening informing her that we would be leaving the next day, and she responded the next day! What a gracious host! she is a money-hungry person who refused to refund us the money( even a part of it) Now we are seeking legal advice! Holidu couldn't do anything for us (their answer: unfortunately we cannot oblige the host to make any refund)
